convenient parking varied options
The parking was complimentary. AND VERY convenient. My room included both a television and reliable WiFi access. The breakfast offered varied options. It was quite tasty.

unreliable internet thin curtains
The breakfast met my expectations. It was ample and served promptly.
The internet connection was unreliable. I struggled to stay connected for basic browsing. the noise from the street was noticeable, especially early in the morning. the thin curtains didn't block out much light.

super clean room near the sea
free parking excellent location warm welcome
i appreciated the free parking on both sides of the drive. the location was excellent with a quick walk to the sea by turning right out of the building and taking the first right. i found a nice restaurant called cliffe within walking distance and it had good food. the welcome was warm at the b and b.
the toilet flush was a little weak so it needed an extra push sometimes.

this location allows easy access to both the seafront and the town center. the seafront is accessible by turning right out of the building. the town center is easily reachable by turning left and proceeding along the coast.

the cliffe restaurant is positioned near the hotel and offers a good dining experience. the hotel itself provides a tasty breakfast with fresh and local ingredients.

the hotel has very good wifi available throughout the premises. the rooms are equipped with all essentials needed for a comfortable stay. there is a garden with a lovely church located behind the guest house.
